Can I drink water before a fasting blood test?
Yes. Drinking water is encouraged before fasting blood tests as it helps keep you hydrated and makes blood collection easier.
Can I receive my laboratory results online?
Yes. Depending on the test and your preference, results can be provided securely through our online portal, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
How should I prepare for my laboratory test?
Preparation depends on the type of test. Some tests require fasting, while others do not. Our team will provide clear instructions before your appointment.
Are my laboratory results confidential?

What happens if my results are abnormal?
Abnormal results do not always indicate a serious condition. Your healthcare provider will interpret your results in the context of your medical history and symptoms and advise you on any necessary follow-up.
Can I take my regular medications before my blood test?
Continue taking your prescribed medications unless your healthcare provider advises otherwise. If you are unsure, please contact us before your appointment.
Do you provide visa medical examinations?
Yes. We provide visa medical examinations for new visas, visa renewals, and visa transfers in accordance with applicable requirements.
How long does blood sample collection take?
Most blood collections take less than 10 minutes, although your visit may be slightly longer depending on the services requested.
Is blood collection safe?
Yes. We follow strict infection prevention and quality control procedures. All needles and collection materials are sterile, single-use, and disposed of safely after each patient.
